Cost Breakdown:
Flights
You get to the nearest airport, we take care of everything else.
Meals/Snacks/Accommodation
You’ll stay at The Bridge house in Maple Ridge, BC - a brand new 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house that sits on 4 acres, only 45 minutes outside of Vancouver.
You’ll be treated to a variety of home cooked meals, prepared in advance and access to a fully stocked fridge to create your own meals.
Program Management/Delivery (Planning/Delivery/Follow-up/Reporting)
Inquiring into and securing tours with colleges, trade schools, universities, and government agencies
Inquiring into potential recreational activities and excursions
Organizing and confirming all activities that are decided on
Ensuring all aspects of each activity are taken into consideration and covered (timing, logistics, safety, costs, permissions)
Organizing transportation and travel logistics
Creating and printing necessary handouts/materials
Being present throughout the trip to provide supervision, support, mentorship, and guidance
24/7 on-call availability during stay at The Bridge House
Ongoing communication with Community Leadership and with chaperones
Maintaining program records
Reporting to the community following the trip
Maintaining post-trip communication to identify participant outcomes and next steps
Food preparation support including meal planning, shopping, and pre-cooking
Post-trip laundry and cleaning
Transportation in City (Vehicle Rentals & Fuel)
Covers all local transportation requirements in Metro Vancouver / Maple Ridge during the trip
including vehicle rentals and fuel
Please Note:
It is the responsibility of participants to ensure that all participants have appropriate medical coverage in place for the duration of the trip.
A 50% deposit will be required prior to booking flights. The remaining balance must be received before final confirmations are secured.
